The Holy Yoga Foundation, and another organization Holy Yoga Global, LLC, have been sued by a former employee who alleges that she was forced out of her position due to making claims of sexual harassment against another employee. The complaint filed in the U.S. District Court of Dallas can be found here. Most disturbing in the complaint is that others in Holy Yoga’s leadership “were also aware of Ms. Suozzo’s history of engaging in same-sex sexual relationships.” (Paragraph 19 of Complaint) Ms. Suozzo is listed on the Holy Yoga website as the “Northeast Regional Shepard” (spelling in the original).
